Delivery
BCL aims to despatch all stock orders within 3 working days of order acceptance.
All orders will be charged an amount to cover packing and carriage. This amount will vary and will be clearly shown on your checkout confirmation.
If there is a delay beyond the normal 3 day period, we will contact you by email to inform you of the progress of your order.
We use either Royal Mail or a reputable courier, depending on the size and weight of your order.
In the unlikely event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will not ship until all items are available. In this event we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
